Job summary

Hargrove and Associates, Inc is seeking a seasoned engineering professional to provide technical leadership on complex projects in Baton Rouge. You will support the Project Manager in managing performance, budgets, and schedules, while coordinating with clients on technical design issues and with the project team on execution.

The role requires a strong understanding of engineering disciplines, procurement, and construction processes, with excellent communication and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• 5+ years of relevant engineering and project management experience.
• PMP certification or registration is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Hargrove project execution procedures and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership of a project and support the PM in managing cost, schedule, and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Client on technical design issues and with PM team on execution.
• Lead multi-discipline deliverables and ensure overall quality control of engineering work.
