LAUKOA in Boulder, CO is seeking a dedicated Project Engineer to provide on-site technical leadership for the NIST Boulder Central Utility Plant. The role coordinates quality service delivery, offers technical assistance, and oversees daily operating documentation for boilers, chillers, and related central plant systems.

Ideal candidates have at least four years as a Stationary Engineer, experience with boilers and chillers, and familiarity with building management systems (Metasys/Maximo).

Qualificações

• Four years of verifiable stationary engineering experience.
• Experience with boilers, chillers, central plant equipment.
• Valid City and County of Denver Stationary Engineer Certificate within 180 days.
• Experience with direct digital controls and building management systems; Metasys preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site technical leadership during core hours, typically 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Mon-Fri.
• Coordinate quality operations, maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair services.
• Provide technical assistance to Stationary Engineers, HVAC Mechanics, management, and subcontractors.
• Evaluate system performance and recommend improvements to reliability, efficiency, safety, and maintainability.
