Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is required.
• 7+ years of product design experience in automotive, with electrical connector focus.
• Experience leading product design development and mentoring engineers.
• Strong knowledge of resin, metals, and manufacturing techniques such as injection molding, stamping, plating, and assembly.

Responsibilities

• Lead documentation of project scope, requirements, feasibility, and work plans.
• Capture and analyze customer needs for new technology and product development.
• Lead DFMEA, FEA, tolerance analysis, and other analytical studies.
• Develop test plans (DVP&R) and perform DOE and capability studies.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead technical reviews with teams.
