Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Manager, Project Designer to act as the primary liaison for client accounts, implementing workplace strategy and standards. You will support design associates, collaborate with CRE teams, and ensure designs meet codes and client requirements.

Responsibilities include developing space concepts, test fits, and client-ready documentation while driving data-driven presentations and space planning across varied project scopes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design (NCIDQ a plus)
• 5-8 years’ experience in interior design, architecture or space planning
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; REVIT a plus
• Experience with CAFM software and space programming for varying spaces

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for account and manage design associates
• Implement workplace strategy and standards across projects
• Create test fits and suggest workplace improvements
• Provide proposals to maximize space efficiencies aligning with CRE goals
• Organize data analytics and space solutions for client delivery
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety, and design standards
• Train and develop design talent for assigned accounts
