The role leads design development and construction documents, coordinating with Design Manager, Project Manager, and Senior Architect of record to ensure buildable, code-compliant documents.

The candidate will oversee architectural team work, coordinate consultants, review submittals, and support QA/QC throughout design and construction administration, with opportunities to mentor junior

Qualifications

• Professional degree in architecture.
• 8+ years of professional experience on building projects.
• Experience coordinating consultants and disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and documentation, including drawings and details.
• Coordinate technical work of engineering disciplines and subconsultants.
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy; support QA/QC.
• Lead site visits, submittals, RFIs, and response drafting.
• Assist pursuits with design content and project descriptions.
