TealEnergi in Arizona seeks a Project Controls Engineer III, Lead Cost to support cost analysis, forecasting and reporting across engineering, procurement and construction activities. You will work under the Project Controls Manager to analyze performance and present cost metrics to project and corporate stakeholders.

The role emphasizes maintaining cost-control processes, evaluating change impacts, and ensuring alignment with scope.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field plus 6–8 years of project-controls experience.
• High school diploma or GED with 12+ years in engineering, construction, or project controls.
• Proven experience with project cost control, estimating, forecasting, cost management and reporting.
• Experience using SAP and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills; Word/Outlook proficiency.
• Experience with Oracle Primavera P6 and EcoSys preferred.
• Ability to interpret drawings, takeoffs, calculations, contracts, and invoices.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Define and maintain cost-control chart of accounts by work breakdown structure.
• Compile and report project cost elements including accruals, forecasts, and changes.
• Forecast performance against cost and schedule baselines for complex scopes.
• Assess cost effects of changes and identify potential cost growth and schedule slippage.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction to ensure alignment with scope.
• Review logs, invoices, and contracts to verify usage of equipment and personnel.
• Provide guidance to Cost Engineers and Project Controls Specialists.
• Present cost-performance information to stakeholders.
