Job summary

BBA Consultants in Phoenix, Arizona is actively seeking a Cost Controller to ensure financial transparency and cost efficiency in major engineering projects. You will support project teams in managing budgets and forecasts, and conduct financial reporting to track progress and variances.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in engineering or finance, more than five years of relevant experience, and proficiency in cost-control tools. BBA offers a comprehensive benefits package, including group insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Over five years of relevant experience in cost control on EPCM or capital projects.
• Solid understanding of project control principles and industry best practices.
• Experience in mining, energy or heavy industry sectors is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cost control systems for project budget performance.
• Support project estimates, cost risk analysis and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with procurement to track committed costs and invoice progress.
