Qualifications

• Associate’s degree AND 7+ years of on-the-job training education.
• Preferred: BS Engineering, MBA.
• Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years of industry related experience as a Project Engineer or similar role.
• Experience Preferred: 10 years of field experience in Oil & Gas or hydrocarbon processing.
• Organizes and develops highly functional project teams.
• Instills project ownership and accountability within the team.
• Coordinates with Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Finance and Accounting to ensure timely delivery.
• Provides coaching to project engineers and coordinators.
• Identifies opportunities for team improvements and suggests changes.
• Follows standard policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as needed.
• Identifies resources and assigns responsibilities.
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of projects and scope.
• Reviews deliverables before client handoff.
• Enforces Audubon methodology and project standards.
• Prepares for engagement reviews and QA procedures.
• Manages project budget and revenue recognition.
• Maintains 24/7 client accessibility as single contact point.
• Drives Change Management and oversees EPC/TPM project execution.
