Audubon seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead project direction, coordination and execution from our Tulsa, OK base. The role ensures adherence to company strategy and delivers on commitments with strong project governance.

Responsibilities include planning, resourcing, risk management, and client deliverables, while applying Audubon methodologies and maintaining quality standards across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of on-the-job project experience in relevant industry.
• BS Engineering preferred; technical degree.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
• Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
• Effectively applies Audubon methodology and enforces project standards.
• Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
• Minimizes our exposure and risk on project.
• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
• Leads and/or acts as a member of internal teams/task forces.
