Job summary

Nscale’s North American Data Center Infrastructure (DCI) group seeks a Project Controls Manager to own control activities from development through handover. You will lead the project controls team, integrate cost and schedule, and provide senior leadership with timely, accurate performance data.

Responsibilities include baseline development, earned value reporting, risk workshops, and change management. The role requires 10+ years in project controls and a bachelor’s degree in a related field; a

Qualifications

10+ years of project controls experience on large construction or capital projects.
Experience leading project controls teams (cost, scheduling, planning).
Experience with mission-critical facilities such as data centers or power facilities.
Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling, cost control, earned value management, and change management.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the project-level controls team (Cost Managers, Schedulers, Planners).
Develop and maintain baseline (WBS, cost breakdown, budget, schedule).
Run earned value analysis and report progress, variances, forecasts.
Produce weekly and monthly project reports and dashboards for leadership.
Administer change control process and assess cost/schedule impacts.
