Greenhouse Software, Inc. seeks a senior Project Controls Manager to lead cost, schedule, and planning for one or more North American data center projects.

You will direct a controls team and integrate cost and schedule into a single performance picture for executive decision-making. Responsibilities include baseline development, earned value reporting, change management, and risk analysis, with significant collaboration with Finance and Project Directors.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of project controls experience on large construction or capital projects, incl. 3+ years in a lead role.
• Experience on mission-critical or complex facilities (data centers, power, sub stations, or advanced manufacturing).
• Strong working knowledge of CPM scheduling, cost control, earned value, and change management.
• Ability to interpret and challenge contractor schedules, cost reports, and progress claims.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication, incl. presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead and mentor the project-level controls team for cost, schedule, and planning.
• Develop and maintain baseline (WBS, BCWP, budget, and integrated schedule).
• Run earned value analyses and report progress, variances, and forecasts.
• Produce weekly and monthly project reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Administer change control process, trend logs, and change orders.
• Facilitate risk workshops and maintain risk register; support quantitative risk analyses.
• Review contractor schedules, progress, and payment applications; ensure reporting compliance.
• Partner with Finance on monthly forecasts, accruals, and cash flow projections.
• Capture lessons learned; evolve DCI controls standards and templates.
