The Director, Project Controls – Scheduling leads the scheduling function for the DCI North America portfolio, owning the people, standards, and systems and delivering a credible, integrated view of time from site selection and utility power through procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of planning and scheduling on large capital projects.
• At least 5 years leading scheduling or project controls teams.
• Experience scheduling mission-critical facilities over $500M+.
• Expert-level CPM scheduling knowledge with Primavera P6 in multi-project environments.
• Proven experience with quantitative schedule risk analysis, schedule quality assessment, and delay / time impact analysis.
• Track record of setting up scheduling standards, governance, and reporting in a fast-growing organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead North American DCI scheduling team and set hiring plans.
• Own portfolio-level IMS schedule and interdependencies.
• Establish and enforce DCI scheduling standards and templates.
• Set schedule health metrics and run regular schedule reviews.
• Maintain visibility of portfolio critical paths and milestones; elevate threats early.
• Lead quantitative schedule risk analysis and contingency strategy.
• Define contractual scheduling requirements for EPC and design-build.
• Provide monthly and quarterly schedule reports to leadership and customers.
• Select and integrate scheduling platforms with cost reporting.
• Collaborate with Project Directors, Construction, Engineering, Procurement, Commissioning, Cost Management, and Commercial teams.
