  • Analyze performance against baseline cost and schedule plans, identify variances and risks, and support corrective action planning.
  • Support schedule updates, critical path review, time impact analysis, change control, and evaluation of cost and schedule impacts from project changes.
  • Analyze productivity, track design quantities, and incorporate estimating changes into quantity, cost, and schedule reporting.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather information, support decision-making, and maintain consistent project controls standards and reporting processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, finance, business, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
  • 3+ years of experience in project controls, cost engineering, scheduling, reporting, or project support within industrial, EPC, construction, or similarly complex environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to organize, interpret, and communicate project data clearly and accurately.
  • Experience with project controls systems and reporting tools, with preference for InEight or similar platforms, Primavera P6, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
  • Working knowledge of forecasting, earned value, cost and schedule reporting, progress measurement, and change tracking, with the ability to work effectively across project and office teams.
  • Advanced technology, industrial, or mission-critical construction experience preferred; motivated, detail-oriented, and effective in a fast-paced environment, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook). #LI-KS23
