Within our growing Advanced Technology market, teams deliver large, fast‑paced projects that require disciplined planning, integrated project controls, and close partnership across construction, engineering, procurement, and business management. We are an operations‑focused organization committed to developing practical, data‑driven solutions that support strong project performance and informed decision‑making throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Build a high‑performing team culture focused on accountability, development, collaboration, and consistent execution.
  • Oversee implementation and continuous improvement of project controls systems, including InEight, Primavera P6, and related reporting processes.
  • Integrate budget, quantities, installed progress, labor hours, productivity, cost, and schedule data to support accurate forecasting and performance measurement.
  • Provide timely weekly and monthly reporting, including executive summaries, dashboards, trend analysis, and risk mitigation recommendations.
  • Analyze performance against baseline plans and proactively identify risks, deviations, and corrective actions.
  • Support change management by evaluating cost and schedule impacts and communicating trends clearly to project leadership.
  • Lead schedule review efforts, including critical path analysis, forecasting, recovery planning, and progress validation.
  • Drive data quality, reporting accuracy, and compliance with Kiewit project controls standards.

  • Demonstrated success leading and developing larger project controls teams across cost, scheduling, progress, and reporting functions.
  • Strong knowledge of integrated project controls systems and processes, with preferred experience in InEight or similar integrated project controls platforms, Primavera P6, and executive reporting tools.
  • Experience with forecasting, earned value, change management, productivity analysis, trend management, and performance reporting.
  • Ability to partner effectively with operations, engineering, procurement, construction, and business management teams to support execution and decision‑making.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and executive presentation skills, with the ability to build alignment and drive accountability across larger teams.
  • Experience mentoring project controls professionals and standardizing processes across multiple scopes, teams, or project phases is preferred.
  • Experience with Power BI, advanced Excel, and other data‑driven reporting tools is preferred.
