Job summary

GAS Global Services is seeking a PC Systems & Analytics Manager in Newark, DE. This contract hire role oversees project controls systems, data analytics, and reporting platforms, ensuring access to accurate information for forecasting and decision-making across all workstreams.

The role drives data governance, executive dashboards, and KPI frameworks, unifying cost, schedule, risk, and construction data in a single reporting environment.

Qualifications

• The candidate should have 10+ years in project controls, analytics, reporting, or PMI systems.
• Experience implementing integrated project controls and reporting platforms.
• Strong knowledge of cost, schedule, forecasting, risk, change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and governance of project controls systems and analytics tools.
• Set data governance standards and ensure data integrity across workstreams.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports for decision-making.
• Integrate cost, schedule, progress, risk, change, procurement, and construction data.
• Provide forecasting, trend analysis, and actionable insights to leadership.
• Drive reporting automation and digital tool deployment for improvements.
• Coordinate reporting requirements among client, PMC, engineering and construction teams.
• Lead and develop the project controls analytics team.
