Job summary

Gleeds in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Project Controls Analyst to support planning, monitoring and reporting of major natural gas and utilities projects. You will work with project managers, cost managers, schedulers and client teams to ensure timely, accurate information for decision-making.

The role focuses on data analysis, trend identification, and maintaining controls systems, with responsibilities across cost, schedule, EAC, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Business, or PM.
• Experience in project controls, scheduling, or cost management.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience with Power BI and ERP/project controls tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of project controls processes.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and variances.
• Prepare project controls reports and dashboards.
• Support cost, schedule, EAC analysis and forecasting.
• Maintain databases and reporting tools.
