Aegis Project Controls seeks a Senior Project Controls Engineer in Berwick, PA to lead CPM scheduling and project control systems for data center projects. You will collaborate with project managers, construction professionals, and stakeholders to develop, manage, and monitor schedules through the project lifecycle.

The role emphasizes on-site work, with strong emphasis on schedule analytics, risk identification, and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in project controls and CPM scheduling in vertical construction.
• Two or more years of experience in project controls for data centers.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction, project management, or related field (waived with 5+ years vertical construction).
• Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6.
• Excellent ability to interpret construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor CPM schedules for construction projects.
• Review documents and baselines to include all dates, activities, and milestones.
• Perform progress updates with reports and narratives.
• Conduct critical path analyses and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages for site teams.
• Review contractor progress for management decision-making.
