Job summary

Otak is seeking a Project Architect to join our Architecture Studio in Denver, CO. You will lead design development, documentation, and coordination across disciplines for multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial projects.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of architectural experience, a registered architect, and strong Revit/BIM proficiency. The role emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and delivering high-quality, sustainable design solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture required.
• Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible architectural experience.
• Professional Architectural Registration required.
• Experience leading projects through all phases of design, documentation, and construction administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, technical development, and delivery of a wide range of project types.
• Coordinate architectural systems with structural, civil, and MEP consultants.
• Mentor and support architects, designers, and technical staff.
• Communicate project status and design intent to clients and reviewers.
