Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (4-year degree) required.

• Experience with PreK-12 facilities and DSA required.
• Proficiency with Revit preferred; Revizto, UpCodes and RIB Speclink preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and coordination of the architectural scope of work with the Project Manager.
• Develop coordinated construction documents ensuring code compliance and quality.
• Coordinate across design and engineering disciplines, consultants, and production teams.
• Manage AHJ interactions during permitting with senior leadership support.
• Conduct materials and building systems research to support design decisions.
• Lead construction administration activities (RFIs, submittals, field reports).
• Serve as Architect of Record as determined by project leadership.
• Mentor junior staff and support professional development.
