Job summary

TESSERE, INC is seeking a licensed project architect to lead production of construction drawings and specifications, mentor junior staff, and manage project time and resources. Travel will be required for site analysis, documentation, and admin tasks while maintaining QAQC and coordinating with a senior PM.

The role emphasizes meeting client goals within regulatory constraints, budgeting, and overseeing multiple projects with strong communication and leadership across disciplines.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience is required.
• Licensed NCARB certified architect.
• Client management experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Project Schedule).
• Experienced Revit user.
• Multi-state experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to analyze goals and develop solutions within codes and budgets.
• Plan budgets, milestones, schedules, and track performance.
• Prepare drawings through schematic design to construction documents.
• Coordinate with engineering disciplines and vendors to resolve conflicts.
• Lead project meetings and document minutes.
