Job summary

Alpine Springs Addiction Treatment in Linesville, PA is hiring a Lead Program Technician to supervise the Program Technician department and ensure compliance with PA Health Department, DDAP and CARF standards. The role supports staff, monitors client safety, and coordinates daily operations.

You will coach clients, manage intake paperwork, document activities in EMR, and maintain a safe, structured environment. Evening to night shifts may be required; 40 hours weekly; DOE compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coach clients to achieve treatment goals and sober living skills.
• Monitor client safety and adherence to policies.
• Conduct regular rounds and supervise client activities.
• Complete intake/admissions paperwork and bio documentation.
• Maintain EMR records and incident reporting.
