Job summary

Alpine Springs Rehabilitation & Recovery in Linesville, PA seeks a Full-Time Program Technician for the afternoon shift to support clients in a 24/7 facility. You will monitor client safety, assist with daily activities, and ensure adherence to policy and regulatory standards.

The role requires weekends and a valid driver's license, with pay between $14 and $19 per hour DOE. This position offers hands-on training, opportunities to grow within a compassionate team, and a chance to contribute to

Qualifications

High school graduate or GED.
Valid driver’s license.
Minimum 3-year safe driving record.
CPR/First Aid certification preferred but will train.
Weekends are required.
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PP, Outlook, etc.).
Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Good multi-tasking, listening, documentation and organization skills.

Responsibilities

Coach clients to resolve simple problems and acquire skills for a clean/sober lifestyle.
Monitor client compliance with facility policies and rules.
Ensure client safety through regular rounds and roll calls.
Monitor attendance and behavior at activities and meals.
Supervise clients doing their chores.
Conduct in-house group activities for clients.
Transport clients to appointments and self-help meetings.
Document activities and maintain records.
Assist with client searches and urine drug screens.
Report incidents to supervisor immediately.
Respond to hazards and demonstrate emergency readiness.
Protect client rights and HIPAA/privacy.
Meet PA Health Department, DDAP, CARF standards.
Any other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
