Job summary

Alpine Springs Addiction Treatment in Linesville, PA seeks a Lead Program Technician to supervise the Program Technician team, monitor client safety, and ensure policy compliance with DDAP, PA Health Dept., and CARF standards.

You will assist with daily operations, conduct rounds, coordinate group activities, and maintain thorough documentation while upholding client privacy and professional boundaries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred but training may be provided).
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office or related software).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Must be flexible (facility is 24/7).

Responsibilities

• Coach clients to achieve treatment goals and sober living skills.
• Monitor client compliance with facility rules and safety.
• Oversee rounds, roll calls, and groups/activities.
• Supervise clients during chores and complete intake paperwork.
• Maintain accurate documentation in BestNotes/EMR.
• Handle client intake, urine drug screens, and incident reports.
• Protect client privacy and confidentiality per HIPAA.
