Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum 3-year safe driving record.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred but will train.

Responsibilities

• Coach clients to achieve treatment goals and life skills.
• Monitor client compliance with facility rules and PA health standards.
• Ensure client safety through rounds and roll calls.
• Oversee attendance and behavior at activities and meals.
• Supervise clients during chores and group activities.
• Transport clients to appointments and external meetings.
• Document facility activities and maintain records.
