Job summary

Cornerstone Montgomery is seeking a Program Supervisor for Vocational Services to lead and develop the program, ensure client safety, and guide staff activities.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree with at least two years of relevant experience including supervisory responsibilities; a master’s degree is preferred. We offer a dynamic environment and generous benefits as part of an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of two years of relevant work experience, including one year of supervisory experience.
• Experience in Evidenced Based Practices and substance abuse preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership & supervision and the ongoing development of the program.
• Ensure complete oversight of the program including client safety and managing staff activities.
• Ensure team is meeting administrative and fiscal needs including outcomes, assessments, documentation timelines, and licensing requirements
