Job summary

Cornerstone in Maryland seeks a Supported Employment Specialist to help individuals with disabilities achieve personal, social, and vocational goals. You will provide guidance, resume building, and direct job development support onsite.

You will network with local employers about hiring incentives and provide ongoing on-site visits to help clients maintain employment. A bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences is preferred, with an option for equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Must have a personal vehicle to assist clients as needed.
• Full-time position: 40 hours/week.
• On-site work location in Maryland.
