Job summary

Bridgewell seeks a Program Supervisor to support the Independent Living program for individuals with disabilities. You will supervise staff, help develop trainings, and oversee case management requirements while providing direct care when needed.

The role involves coordinating program duties, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborating with DDS, DMH, and other partners. Strong organizational skills and a driver’s license are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of three to five years related experience.
• Working understanding of the ASD population.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Director of Independent Living with supervising direct care staff.
• Provide interim coverage during the absence of the Assistant Director as directed.
• Lead staff to create a cohesive team environment and communicate concerns to management.
• Ensure services and documentation meet regulatory standards.
