Builders is seeking a Lead Program Manager to translate strategy into an integrated program plan across releases, deployments, and readiness. You will drive governance, decision velocity, and capacity management, ensuring clear ownership and executive visibility.

The ideal candidate will frame complex problems, engage stakeholders, and drive actions to resolution, enabling predictable delivery and growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
7+ years relevant work experience.
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
PMP certificate preferred

Responsibilities

Integrated Program Planning: connect releases, deployments, readiness and cross-program dependencies.
Strategic Decision Support: translate scope and timing into recommendations for prioritization.
Program Governance: lead governance processes to deliver with minimal friction.
Decision Management: frame problems, alternatives, impacts and owners.
Capacity & Dependency Management: align resources with priorities and risks.
Executive Communications: provide concise, decision-oriented program insights.
Accountability: maintain clear ownership while PMO provides integration.
Scalability & Continuous Improvement: drive improvements for scalable delivery.
