McKesson Corporation seeks a Lead Program Manager - Delivery Flow to steer large enterprise technology transformation programs, delivering strategic business value across functions. You will partner with senior stakeholders, manage governance, budgets, risks, and resources, and drive measurable outcomes using Lean Six Sigma, PMP methods, and data-driven reporting.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive project/program management experience in large, complex technology or enterprise transformation initiatives.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification.
Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Demonstrated experience leading large-scale transformation programs, including stakeholder management and executive-level reporting.
Demonstrated experience with budget management, forecasting, and resource planning for complex programs.
Demonstrated experience with program risk management, issue resolution, escalation, and dependency management.
Experience leading cross-functional programs involving business and technology stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale, complex IT and enterprise transformation programs, managing scope, schedules, dependencies, milestones, and business outcomes.
Establish program governance and use PMP and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve execution, process effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
Lead stakeholder management and executive reporting, translating complex program information into clear decisions, risks, recommendations, and business impacts.
Own budget planning, forecasting, resource planning, and allocation across programs to support priorities and optimize delivery.
Lead risk management and issue resolution, including identification, analysis, mitigation, escalation, and resolution of high-impact risks and dependencies.
Partner with business and technology leaders to prioritize initiatives and align investments with enterprise strategy and business value.
Use data, analytics, and appropriate automation to strengthen program reporting, governance, scenario planning, and decision-making.
Promote accountability, transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement across cross-functional program teams.
