• Active PMP certification and experience with executive-level reporting.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning for complex programs.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale IT and enterprise transformation programs with scope, schedules, and dependencies.
• Establish governance and drive process improvement using PMP and Lean Six Sigma methods.
• Provide executive reporting, risk management, and issue resolution for stakeholders.
• Own budget planning, forecasting, and resource allocation across programs.
• Prioritize initiatives with business and technology leaders to align with enterprise strategy.
• Use data analytics to strengthen program governance and decision-making.
• Promote accountability, transparency, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
