Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field plus 1 year direct care experience.
• Associate degree plus 2 years direct care experience.
• Diploma from an accredited institution plus 3 years direct care experience.
• 50 hours training plus 4 years direct care experience.

• Lead a team of DSPs delivering person-centered care.
• Build individualized annual support plans.
• Train and develop your team for high-quality service.
