Job summary

Accessible Space Inc. is seeking a full-time Lead Direct Support Professional to support adults with physical disabilities at our White Bear Lake location. You will assist with activities of daily living, ensure proper medication administration, and provide personal care as needed.

As Lead DSP you will observe and communicate information to the Program Manager and serve as the staff member in charge in the absence of the Program Manager. Previous related experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Ensure residents receive proper medication administration.
• Assist with personal cares and meal preparation.
• Observe and communicate site, staff, and resident information to the Program Manager.
• Serve as staff in charge in the absence of the Program Manager.
