Job summary

Vertiv Co is seeking a Program Manager to lead multi-project programs within data centre construction and integration environments. The role aligns projects to Vertiv standards, governance, and PMI practices to deliver safe, compliant, and profitable outcomes.

You will oversee governance, scope, schedule, cost, risk, and stakeholder engagement across complex, mission-critical projects, ensuring effective interfaces between design, procurement, construction and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or equivalent.
• PMP certification preferred; PgMP advantageous, or equivalent program-level construction delivery experience.
• Minimum 15+ years experience delivering complex construction or infrastructure programs.
• Proven experience in mission-critical / data centre construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain program governance framework per Vertiv standards and PMI guidance.
• Provide senior leadership across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover phases.
• Oversee site-based execution across multiple projects with safe and efficient planning.
• Maintain integrated master program schedule across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.
• Lead program risk management and ensure HSE compliance across sites.
