Job summary

Vertiv is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee data center project activities on site, coordinating with the Vertiv Program/Project team, clients, general contractors, and vendors. The role demands proactive leadership, clear communication, and the ability to drive milestones with limited supervision.

You will manage safety documentation, meetings, scheduling, and quality control, guiding cross-functional teams through commissioning, testing, and close-out, while maintaining Vertiv

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a project management, construction management role with the ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to master sector/project-specific software systems including but not limited to: Microsoft Office suite (ex. Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.), ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam
• Mastery of reading construction drawings; tasks including reading, interpreting, and updating construction project-related drawings
• Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools, and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results
• Knowledge of current market conditions including pricing conventions and trends
• Must demonstrate a strong ability to lead and coordinate across teams

Responsibilities

• Maintain adherence to safety standards and file required documents.
• Conduct project meetings and drive milestones.
• Interface with client, GC, trades, and consultants at all project stages.
• Coordinate project scheduling, quality control, and logistics.
• Oversee delivery of projects and inspect/ document shipped solutions.
• Collaborate with client site operations and GC throughout life of project.
• Track, analyze, and report information for weekly updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional departments to resolve issues and close out.
• Ensure close-out documents (warranties, as-builts, manuals) are received.
