Job summary

Vertiv seeks a Manager of Program Management for our Busbar and Switchgear Business. This leadership role drives multiple customer projects, coordinating with PMO, external partners and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and exceptional service from order acknowledgment to startup.

The role demands strong program management discipline, 5–7 years in manufacturing/engineering, and the ability to navigate a matrix org with executive stakeholders; PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required; MBA preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 5–7 years of project management experience in manufacturing/engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of project managers and coordinators for key customer projects.
• Partner with PMO to define methods and enforce project procedures.
• Define scope, develop execution plans, and coordinate across functions.
• Monitor quality, schedule and cost; manage risks and issues with stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction from order to startup.
