Pathways Dallas is seeking a Program Manager to oversee case management, home development, recruitment, and intake/discharge coordination for the assigned office. You will provide operational oversight and supervise CPA staff to ensure service quality and documentation compliance.

The role requires a master’s degree in social work or a related field and relevant experience in residential child-care or conservatorship settings, with strong leadership and regulatory liaison skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field with graduate coursework on family/individual function and interaction.
• Master’s degree with 3+ years in child-placing agency or residential setting (depending on option).
• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in child-placing agency or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in child-placing agency or related function.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program operations to ensure policy and procedure compliance.
• Supervise assigned staff and discuss caseloads, service provision, and documentation.
• Review and approve Home Studies, safety plans, and placements.
• Facilitate staff meetings and collaborate with regulatory bodies as needed.
