Job summary

Rebo Lighting & Electronics, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to lead customer product development programs, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure on-time launches in the automotive lighting sector.

The role requires extensive program management experience, a technical background in engineering, and willingness to travel to manufacturing sites. You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and sales to meet customer targets and internal KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• 10+ years of automotive program management experience.
• Experience with Ford, Stellantis, and BMW a plus.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel to TN manufacturing plant as needed.
• Ability to manage scope, budgets, and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management and launch of customer product development programs.
• Lead planning, scheduling, directing, and controlling programs to meet targets.
• Represent team professionally to customers and management.
• Lead program reviews, SDT meetings and Gate Reviews.
• Manage program documentation, budgets, and timelines.
