Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 9+ years of relevant experience; graduate degree adds 7+ years
• In lieu of a degree, 13 years of related experience
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
• Knowledge of FAR, CAS and GAAP
• Ability to mentor others and lead teams
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Develop time-phased budgets and EV data reporting
• Provide management with early warnings on performance issues
• Budgeting, cost control and variance analysis
• Prepare EV reports and program financial artifacts
• Present program financial status to customers
• Educate PMO and CAMS with internal reports
• Communicate with stakeholders to influence processes
