Job summary

L3Harris is seeking a Manager, Program Finance in Wilmington, MA to oversee the financial execution of two portfolios within the Space Superiority Division. You will partner with Program Managers to build and maintain budgets, forecast revenue, orders, and cash flow while ensuring adherence to government cost control guidelines.

The role requires strong EVMS expertise, ERP experience (PeopleSoft/Hyperion/SAP), and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years related experience; Graduate Degree with minimum 7 years related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum 13 years related experience.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance
• Experience with EVMS, CDRL, ERP systems (PeopleSoft/Hyperion/SAP) and financial forecasting
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to identify financial risks or opportunities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Cost and Software Data Reporting (CSDR)

Responsibilities

• Lead program financial processes: EVMS, CDRL preparation, and financial forecasting
• Prepare and communicate weekly/monthly program financial reports
• Maintain program IMS and budget
• Provide financial analysis to ensure contracts meet negotiated parameters and cost control guidelines
• Advise program management on adherence to Finance policies and best practices
• Own and supervise the team’s execution of program finance deliverables
• Support audits and other financial activities
