Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Program Lead in the Broomall area to supervise a residential program, coordinating daily activities and ensuring high-quality services for participants. The role reports to the Program Manager and may manage a caseload of clients.

You will lead staff, monitor safety, and ensure policy adherence across shifts. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal and organizational skills, experience in human services, and a commitment to compassionate care within a fast-paced team

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to make quick decisions and remain calm under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Must be 18 years old and have a High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Act as Lead staff and point person when on shift.
• Prepare and manage house schedules in coordination with the Program Manager.
• Direct care duties including ADLs, meal preparation and supervision requirements.
• Medication management and administration.
• Incident management with Program Manager and QCO.
• Oversee household needs including menu planning and shopping.
• Maintain cleanliness and perform routine maintenance tasks.
