Job summary

BlueSteps Connect is seeking a LEAD Coordinator to support the day-to-day implementation of its LEAD program across municipalities in Allegheny County. The role ensures the project stays on schedule and aligned with objectives, reporting to the Director of Public Safety and Wellbeing.

The Coordinator will manage daily LEAD activities, serve as the primary contact for partners, handle logistics for the county-wide policy group, collect data, prepare reports, and assist expansion efforts through

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in program coordination or related field.
• Strong organization and coordination skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work with diverse partners.
• Familiarity with harm reduction principles or willingness to learn; proficient with productivity tools and travel across Allegheny County.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily LEAD activities across participating municipalities.
• Serve as the day-to-day contact for program partners such as case managers and law enforcement liaisons.
• Provide logistical and administrative support for the county-wide LEAD policy coordinating group, including scheduling meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
• Collect and organize program data, prepare routine reports, and raise implementation issues to the Director.
• Support LEAD expansion activities through scheduling, materials, and follow-up as directed.
