Job summary

CONNECT seeks a LEAD Coordinator to manage day-to-day LEAD program implementation across Allegheny County municipalities, ensuring activities stay on schedule and aligned with program objectives.

Reporting to the Director of Public Safety & Wellbeing, you will coordinate partners, provide logistics and data support, and help expand the program while maintaining compliance and strong relationships.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in program coordination or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further degree or training preferred.
• Familiarity with harm-reduction principles is desirable.
• Proficiency with Google Docs, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel to communities across Allegheny County.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day LEAD program implementation across municipalities.
• Serve as primary contact for program partners and coordinate their work.
• Provide administrative support for meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
• Collect, organize, and report program data; surface issues to leadership.
• Support program expansion activities and outreach as directed by the Director.
