Job summary

The People Concern seeks a Senior Program Manager, LEAD Resource Coordinator to coordinate referrals from law enforcement and community partners in the Venice area. You will work with a team to ensure timely responses, strong engagement, and linkage to housing and behavioral health services.

You will lead outreach, support quality assurance, and serve as a clinical liaison, guiding staff through harm-reduction and housing-first strategies in a busy, onsite setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• Minimum two years working with homeless individuals with mental illness.
• Experience training staff in harm-reduction based services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid California driver's license with reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for referrals and ensure timely engagement.
• Respond to referrals within one business day with multiple outreach attempts.
• Maintain relationships with community partners and funders.
• Collaborate with Case Managers for ongoing linkages to services.
• Oversee referral coordination and service goal alignment with providers.
• Provide leadership on Housing First and harm-reduction best practices.
• Recommend resources based on program needs.
• Ensure accurate client paperwork and data in records and systems.
• Refer clients to LA County support services (SAPC/DMH/ODR).
• Participate in QA and ensure quality outcomes across programs.
• Attend meetings, prepare reports, and lead trainings as needed.
• Attend team case conferences and act as clinical consultant.
