Job summary

Catholic Charities of Central Washington seeks a Program Coordinator - LEAD to implement the LEAD initiative in Chelan and Douglas counties, coordinating with courts, law enforcement, attorneys and behavioral health providers to connect high-risk individuals to services.

The role emphasizes training, community education, safety, and collaboration to reduce criminal justice involvement, with a Monday–Friday schedule and competitive hourly wages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a social science field required.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience providing behavioral health treatment, facilitating treatment, care coordination or related.
• Experience facilitating meetings, trainings, or consultations preferred.
• Experience and knowledge of local homeless services and housing systems is preferred.
• Experience or familiarity with community and human services dynamics and public safety/order issues in local communities required.

Responsibilities

• Engagement and coordination with community partners through LEAD oversight and meetings.
• Coordinate LEAD implementation with jurisdictional partners under PCG guidance.
• Design and conduct training activities on LEAD principles and related topics.
• Collaborate with diverse community partners to promote teamwork and effective communication.
• Monitor staff coordination and clinical management related to individuals with serious mental illness.
• Develop structures and processes to connect social services for at-risk individuals.
