Catholic Charities Serving Central Washington seeks a Program Coordinator for Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion (LEAD) to manage implementation in Chelan and Douglas counties. You will lead coordination among courts, law enforcement, attorneys and behavioral health providers to connect individuals with services and reduce criminal justice involvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a social science field required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing behavioral health treatment, facilitating treatment, care coordination or related.
• Experience facilitating meetings, trainings, or consultations preferred.
• Experience with community and human services dynamics and public safety/order issues in local communities required.
• Licensed or credentialed as required by WA state for related roles.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate biweekly LEAD workgroup meetings with partners to discuss referrals, capacity and compliance.
• Coordinate LEAD implementation across Chelan and Douglas counties with PCG.
• Design and oversee LEAD trainings on core principles, substance use disorders, motivational interviewing and harm reduction.
• Collaborate with jail, attorneys, law enforcement, housing providers, and court system.
• Develop structures and processes to connect social services for individuals with serious mental illness.
• Monitor safety and coordinate with crisis resources as needed.
• Educate community members about LEAD and its benefits and secure grant funding.
