Job summary

EnSiteUSA is seeking a licensed Professional Land Surveyor to provide technical oversight and project leadership across a broad range of surveying projects in the United States. You will mentor staff, ensure QA/QC of deliverables, and work with field crews and clients to deliver accurate surveys.

The role requires a four-year surveying degree and the ability to obtain licensure in additional states. Expect multi-state engagement and ongoing development of surveying procedures and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in surveying/geomatics or closely related surveying discipline.
• Current Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in at least one U.S. state; ability to obtain reciprocal licensure.
• Strong understanding of boundary law, surveying principles, measurement science, and geospatial technologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Surveyor of Record on assigned projects.
• Review, certify, sign, and seal survey deliverables.
• Provide professional oversight of boundary, ALTA, route, topographic, easement, utility, control, and construction surveys.
• Mentor survey staff and promote professionalism, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
