Job summary

EnSiteUSA is seeking a Survey Manager/Professional Land Surveyor to lead the in-office survey team in Lexington, KY, with occasional field travel. The role requires a Registered Professional Land Surveyor license and prior pipeline/civil survey leadership experience.

You will manage field and office technicians, reduce field data, and coordinate with Drafting/Mapping/GIS groups to deliver drawings and maps for projects. Strong communication, safety, and QA/QC skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Candidate must hold a current Registered Professional Land Surveyor license.
• Pipeline and/or civil survey experience as a Professional Land Surveyor, Survey Manager, or Supervisor is required.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience leading a survey team and coordinating field/office staff.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general drafting tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee survey project execution and coordinate both field and office activities.
• QA/QC field data from crews and instruct technicians to complete tasks.
• Prepare scopes of work and pricing for proposals and bids.
• Coordinate with GIS/Drafting teams to produce drawings and maps.
• Lead and develop survey staff, hire/train personnel, and manage schedules.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance for projects.
