Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Lead Electrical Test Engineer for customer hardware in Starlink production. You will lead a team of test engineers, develop fixtures and automated tests for high-volume devices, and drive test strategy and quality improvements across multiple engineering domains.

You will design and implement DFt guidelines, interact with design and manufacturing teams, and contribute to yield improvements while supporting production milestones and reliability goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 5+ years hardware development or electronics test engineering experience.
• 5+ years of object-oriented programming experience.
• 2+ years of technical leadership experience.
• Experience with test equipment and measurement techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of test engineers developing fixtures, test cases and automated test solutions for production hardware.
• Develop and maintain Design For Test guidelines with design teams.
• Develop test strategies, perform coverage analyses and lead reviews.
• Write Python automation to interact with units under test and data systems.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing and test labs to improve quality and yield.
