Job summary

Starlink is seeking a Lead Production Test Development Engineer for Customer Hardware. You will lead a team of test engineers, develop fixtures and automated tests for high-volume consumer products, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality from concept to production.

You will implement DFT guidelines, design robust test strategies, and automate verification using Python, while collaborating with electrical, silicon, software, and manufacturing teams to scale production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 5+ years hardware development or electronics test engineering (internships/applicable).
• 5+ years of object-oriented programming experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of test engineers developing fixtures, test cases and automated test solutions for high-volume products.
• Develop and maintain Design For Test (DFT) guidelines and coordinate with design teams.
• Develop test strategies, analyze coverage, and conduct reviews with peer teams.
