Pfizer is seeking a manufacturing technician in Middleton, Wisconsin to oversee aseptic and chemical cleaning activities across plants and distribution centers. You will work with a dedicated team to ensure quality, safety, and timely operations, with emphasis on accurate record-keeping and equipment care.

The role requires 2+ years of relevant experience, strong English communication, and the ability to learn industry software.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to learn and use industry-standard software.
• Good interpersonal skills and experience in training others effectively.
• Proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking.

Responsabilidades

• Operates equipment and processes per SOPs and master batch records.
• Understand key processes (e.g. manufacturing, cleaning, water systems) and respond to alarms; address equipment malfunctions and deviations.
• Notifies Team Lead, manager or appropriate individuals of equipment malfunctions and deviations, including problems with systems or materials.
• Works to resolve equipment and process problems as required.
• Performs operator care of equipment as required.
• Assists team lead and other technicians in maintaining and monitoring physical inventories to ensure supplies are available when needed.
• Maintains records and logbooks.
• Communicates with other technicians to ensure necessary information is relayed and understood between the work teams.
• Ensures all work is performed in a safe manner and in accordance with established safety policies and regulations.
• Trains new technicians in standards of expected performance and behavior.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by team lead.
